Nestled in the hills above Gustavia, surrounded by lush recently redesigned gardens, this villa offers spectacular panoramic views over the neighboring islands and is a fabulous spot for enjoying breathtaking unforgettable sunsets.
Living Spaces: The airy main living area at Villa Ti Moun is home to the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion!
The comfortable living room features plush sofas, and a flat-screen TV hooked up to U.S. and French satellite channels. A small dining table with barstool-style seating for four is great for intimate dinners. Alfresco dining is available at the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace, overlooking Gustavia.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Ti Moun, each with a plush king-sized bed. All the rooms come with air-conditioning, but screened windows let you enjoy the cool island breezes as well. Each bedroom also has an ensuite, with travertine tiles and luxurious rainfall showers. The first two bedrooms are on the main level, both with a private furnished terrace with views over the ocean. The third bedroom is on the lower level, making it suitable for teenagers or a nanny. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private outside seating area with a small garden and views of the ocean.
Outdoor Features: The living room at Ti Moun Villa opens to a two-tiered terrace, with plenty of space in sun and shade. The covered terrace area has a set of beautiful chaise loungers. Steps lead down to the sun terrace, with the heated swimming pool. Deck chairs surrounding the water are ideal for sunbathing, reading, or getting a touch of work done.
Amenities: No detail has been overlooked at this stylish vacation home: Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a BOSE sound system, and French and U.S. satellite TV. There's also a small, air-conditioned fitness room next to the 3rd bedroom with a view of Gustavia and St. Martin.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
