Villa Tichka is the very last house on the eastern end of Flamands Bay, offering peerless privacy. A staircase leads down to the sand, and the restaurant and spa of Cheval Blanc Hotel is within walking distance. The villa enjoys views of the island Île Fourchue, and in the distance, St. Martin and Anguilla.

The second bedroom is in a separate cottage near the villa entrance, accessed via the outdoor terrace.
