Welcome to Villa Valentina (villa code: WV VIP), an elegant 4+2-bedroom villa in the heart of Pointe Milou, St. Barts. Offering ocean views and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, this island home features an uncompromising commitment to quality, luxury, and design.

The interiors of Villa Valentina enjoy a designer’s touch; expect top-quality furnishings, minimalist décor, and an effortless style. The custom details inside are also superb, from the striking white panels and custom wood furnishings to the industrial touches in the light fixtures and light touches of style at every turn.

The well-established Villa Valentina sits on the eastern side of Pointe Milou, completely updated to make this one of the most enviable vacation homes on the island. The sweeping ocean views are incredible, taking in the island of La Tortue off the coast. And for days at the beach, both Lorient and Marigot are within a short drive.

Living Spaces: The interior living spaces inside Villa Valentina feature soaring ceilings above a dreamy, open-plan layout. This is the great room, evenly divided between the luxurious living area and the dining space.

In the living room, three large lounging sofas offer the ideal spot to hang out, watch TV, or simply converse with others. The extensive bay windows offer splendid views of the pool, the terrace, and the shimmering ocean beyond.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern and open kitchen at Villa Valentina features a large white Corian island, enhanced by the stunning light fixtures hanging from the ceiling. It’s a wonderful spot to take your time preparing meals, using fresh, local ingredients.

The kitchen faces a round dining table that easily sits up to 16 guests. A central revolving plateau makes it ideal for passing food and drinks around, encouraging you to linger over long lunches and dinners – perhaps served by a chef who can make use of the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, the second kitchen inside the home.

Bedrooms: There are 4 main bedrooms inside Villa Valentina, with 2 more bedrooms that are well-suited for children and live-in staff.

Off the living room is the first master bedroom. This elegant space features a spacious ensuite that can open to the outside. Three more master suites are side by side in a separate unit by the pool. All four rooms feature plush, European king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms.

The villa also has a large children’s room. This unique room will be the favorite part of the house for kids, where 6 twin beds are placed in a dorm-style setting. It comes with an ensuite bathroom, closets, and TV.

On the lower level is the sixth bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a European king, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Neither of these two rooms has a view, however, both are included in the 4-bedroom rate, making it a great vacation villa for as many as four couples with children.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor space at Villa Valentina is meant for workouts as well as for relaxation while enjoying the beautiful views and cooling breezes. Expect clean lines in the architecture, plush daybeds, and idyllic palm trees framing the ocean views.

The star of the show here is the 80-foot-long heated pool, which allows you to swim real laps. At the end of the pool is the gazebo, which is equipped for yoga, boxing, and TRX. Comfortable, large loungers are set up along the deck in the sun, with palm trees as natural sun umbrellas.
