Welcome to Villa Viewstar (villa code: WV SET), a 1-bedroom villa located in Gustavia, St. Barts.

Part of the popular Colony Club Residences complex, this property enjoys spectacular year-round sunsets, and is within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops in Gustavia.

Elegantly furnished with colonial flair, this villa features a relaxed island ambiance. Simple and comfortable, you’ll have everything you need for your stay on St. Barts. The classic Caribbean villa is filled with natural light and offers a snug home base from which to explore Gustavia and the island. You’ll also have access to the Colony Club’s swimming pool.

Shell Beach is easily reached on foot, while the beaches at St. Jean and Gouverneur are both just a short drive away.

A combined living room and kitchen are both open to the outdoor terrace, letting you soak up the incredible views over Gustavia Harbor. A gentle sea breeze blows in off the harbor, keeping the entire villa nice and cool.

The living room features a soft sofa, an ideal spot for relaxing after a day of exploring. A large wall-mounted TV also lets you enjoy a quiet night inside with a movie.

The compact, well-equipped kitchen at Villa Viewstar has everything you’ll need for your stay. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

The dining table is outside on the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the open air. Whether it’s a morning croissant or elegant dinner, you can accompany your meal with views over the yachts sailing in and out of Gustavia.

The bedroom at Viewstar Villa is quiet and tranquil, promising a fabulous night’s sleep. The four-poster king-sized bed and a screened window also let you sleep with the window open, falling asleep to the gentle island breeze. Attached to the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom and a spacious shower.

The private terrace is bordered with lush, tropical plants. Waking up each morning and lounging about outside is a magnificent way to start the day. Below, Gustavia slowly stirs to life, with the sun glinting off the water and the classic red roofs of the buildings.

Next to the outdoor dining table is a comfortable lounge area, a great spot for an evening aperitif. From here, the famed St. Barts’ sunsets are breathtaking, casting a rosy gold light over the town and harbor.

As part of the Colony Club Residences complex, Villa Viewstar has access to a shared pool. You could lounge around the complex all day, enjoying refreshing dips in the water between sunbathing sessions.

If you’re craving a day on the sand, Shell Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Under 10 minutes drive to the north of the island is St. Jean, a lovely wide beach lined with classy restaurants, hotels, and a handful of beach bars. Gouverneur Beach is 5 minutes to the southeast.
