Nestled in the hillside above St. Jean, Villa W View offers maximum privacy and gorgeous views over the sea and rugged hills of St. Barts. The beach, boutique shops, and waterfront restaurants in St. Jean are only 5 minutes by car.

Living Spaces: With its open design, the house benefits from gentle breezes and is exposed to the all-day sun, and also has air-conditioning throughout. The large great room includes an indoor dining area and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen alongside the gorgeous living room.

It’s in the latter where you’ll meet with family and friends each day, relaxing on the large white sectional sofa with a morning coffee. For cozy nights inside, there’s a large flat-screen TV, although the ocean views beyond are equally as tempting.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen at Villa W View inevitably opens to the outdoor terrace, with the gorgeous St. Barts landscapes inspiring you to experiment with island recipes.

Dining tables both indoors and out make it easy to gather with family and friends over a meal. At sunset, aperitifs and cocktails on the outdoor dining table will meld into a long and festive dinner, with the stars winking to life in the night sky, mirroring the glowing lights of St. Jean.

Bedrooms: Plush, quiet, and luxurious, there are 4 bedrooms inside Villa W View. There are two master bedrooms separate from the main house. The first is in a bungalow next to the kitchen, with stunning ocean views and an indoor and outdoor shower in the ensuite.

The second master bedroom is on the lower level, with a king-sized bed, a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom. Next to this room is a small fitness room and home theater.

Two guest bedrooms are located in another separate bungalow next to the main house at W View Villa. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, U.S. satellite channels and Apple TV.

Outdoor Features: The large, covered terrace is a shady and cool spot to kick back and soak up the island vibes. There’s an outdoor lounge area for reading and drinks, home to the dining table with seating for 8 guests. From everywhere, the views over St. Jean are terrific, with the striking turquoise water contrasted with the green hills on either side of the bay.

The swimming pool is a highlight of Villa W View, a tempting spot to dive in and lounge around all day. Loungers for sunbathing encourage you to bask in the island sun, drifting off to sleep with a good book and the rustle of palm trees in the breeze.

When the open ocean calls, it’s only a 5-minute drive to the beach at St. Jean. This is one of the island’s most stunning stretches of sand, with silky soft sand and tranquil waters that are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. A true island paradise.
