Castaway to Villa Zen (villa code: WV ZEN), an idyllic 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou, St. Barts. Perched on the cliffs facing to the west, this gorgeous home enjoys fabulous sunset views over Lorient Bay.

Close attention to detail and impeccable Caribbean design combine at Villa Zen, which lives up to its name; this home is tranquil and contemporary. Cool gray interiors contrast with dark wooden accents, while terracotta tiles flow underfoot. The result is a blissful island escape, mixing modern design with a timeless island style and fabulous views.

With an enviable position on Pointe Milou, Villa Zen enjoys an ideal spot for enjoying the best of St. Barts. Both Lorient and Marigot Bay are within a 5-minute drive, as are shops and restaurants.

Living Spaces: The interior and exterior living areas are furnished with comfortable, contemporary rattan furniture. Vaulted ceilings above and the open-plan layout that opens to the pool area create a breezy, tranquil atmosphere, ideal for those who can appreciate understated luxury and the rustic St. Barts elegance.

The main living room features soft sofas, ideal places to relax and unwind. You could enjoy a morning coffee here or an afternoon drink, watching the shimmering Caribbean through the large doors.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The gourmet kitchen at Villa Zen stretches out alongside the covered terrace, with handsome wood cabinetry and high-end appliances. At one end, the space opens to the combining living and dining area, with a small table for casual meals.

At the other end, the kitchen opens to the covered terrace area, where you’ll find a barbecue for grilling up delicious island feasts. A large outdoor dining table is also here, letting you immerse yourself in the sea views with a gourmet dinner.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms inside Villa Zen are beautiful hideouts for downtime during your stay. Expect elegant stone floors, plush bedding, and classic wooden furnishings. 

The master bedroom has a small terrace, which opens to the pool area. Both bedrooms have king-size beds with mosquito netting and ensuite bathrooms.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor living spaces are where Villa Zen shines. Flowing from one space to the next, there’s plenty of space whether you’re looking to find a peaceful corner or entertain a large group of friends and family. 

The large covered terrace area is a graceful extension of the interiors, with vaulted ceilings above and a large, soft lounge for kicking back and gazing out at the views. Then, a sun terrace with loungers and side tables surrounds the inviting swimming pool, coaxing you in for a dip at any time of day. 

Plush daybeds are ideal for reading or enjoying an indulgent nap after a morning at the beach, while at the far end of the pool, the terrace is a heated Jacuzzi and lounge area surrounded by palm trees. A second dining table at the edge of the outdoor space also enjoys wonderful views. Whatever you choose to do, the outdoor spaces at Villa Zen provide effortless relaxation. 

Amenities: At Villa Zen, no detail is overlooked. This St. Barts villa has all the amenities you’ll need for a laid-back Caribbean vacation, including air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and French satellite TV in the living room.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not permit children.
