Bordeaux Mountain

The Highest Peak on St. John (1,300 ft). The park service provides maps - be sure to get one before you venture about! Look for both Picture Point the hike to Lameshur Route 10, which passes near enough to the top to offer unforgettable views.

Cruz Bay

The main settlement where You'll find shopping, bars and restaurants. This is where the ferries arrive from St. Thomas and the BVIs. You can also find taxies and rentals cars here.

Reef Bay Trail (Rte. 10 between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay.)

Arguably the best hiking trail on St. John, Reef Bay Trail is best hiked with a park guide who can point out the variety of plant life and and the Reef Bay Plantation.

Trunk Bay

Great for snorkeling with an underwater trail, Trunk Bay tends to get crowded, but there are excellent facilities for changing, equipment rentals and a snack bar.

Annaberg Sugar Plantation

These ruins were once a sugar plantation in the 1700s and 1800s. While the buildings were heavily damaged by a hurricane in 1914 and the site was abandoned until 1956, it is now a popular attraction. The plantation is also still home to the tallest windmill in the entire Virgin Islands
