Villa Ambiance, (villa code: SXM AMB), is a 4-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa is set up on a hill and enjoys spectacular sunsets.
The spacious, open-plan living room is furnished with contemporary long cushioned couches and a plasma satellite TV. The living room opens to an outdoor lounge area with several cushioned seating areas underneath the covered terrace next to the pool. The indoor living area also shares its space with a dining area with seating for up to 10 guests. A second dining area is located underneath the covered terrace. The nearby well-equipped kitchen opens on both sides and has a modern breakfast area with dark wooden stools.
Each air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms connect to each other. The fourth bedroom has an additional small room with a single bed.
A large swimming pool surrounds multiple sides of the covered terrace and lounge areas. On the side is an open deck with loungers overlooking a spacious lawn.
This villa also comes with a gas grill, gated entry, Internet access, satellite TV, and a wine cooler.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
