Villa Amethyst, (villa code: PIE LEC), is a 5-bedroom villa located at the end of a private beach road, located in the exclusive community of the Terres Basses in Hillside/Baie Rouge within minutes of the beach and shopping.

This oceanfront luxury villa with the feel of a country home found in the South of France and coastline was recently renovated, the villa incorporates high-end furnishing along with a brand new modern kitchen and extended pool and terrace.

The villa has evolved in to a contemporary home that will find guests wishing it was their very own.

The elegant entrance with its traditional iron gate, coral stone paved courtyard and stonewalls is the perfect showcase for this charming villa. The moment you approach the front door; the stunning panoramic views begin to unfold. The green mountains, deep blue sea and sky, the sandy beach and tropical foliage flow like a painting. Step through the villa’s private beach gate and you have access to a very secluded sandy inlet.

Built on multi-levels to take advantage of the setting, the design creates privacy from every angle. Beautiful native stone work flows through the structure and grounds. The terrace areas are dotted with spaces for seating and dining. The air-conditioned great room opens to the view and breeze, is fully furnished in serene colors. Travertine floors run throughout. The fabulous new French kitchen is straight from a design book on Provence. Unique pieces like the antique French butcher’s table, charming accessories and stylish modern stove create the perfect atmosphere to prepare gourmet meals. Garden and sea views surround the kitchen while also overlooking the enlarged swimming pool.

The bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, are stylishly unique and exotic; each with a different design theme and are situated in a building independent from the communal living spaces and built on three levels into the hillside. On the ground floor are the bedrooms Selenite and Citrine and stone steps lead up to an ocean view balcony and the bedrooms Howlite and Carnelian. A 5th bedroom Rose Quartz is located in the main building below the living area with its own private deck area that can be accessed from the pool terrace and the entrance driveway. All five bedrooms offer king-size beds, beautiful ensuite bathrooms and closets with his & her bathrobes, and a beach bag that comes in very handy for a walk down to the nearby beach. The Howlite bedroom also features a seating area with a large sea view window and its own private balcony and large daybed overlooking the ocean and the pool terrace below. Citrine on the ground floor also has its own private terrace with an ocean view. All have sea views and private seating areas with outdoor terraces.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
