Villa Beau Rivage, (villa code: SXM BRV) is a 3-bedroom villa situated on Baie Rouge beach, a stunning and unspoiled coastal area in French St Martin. The villa is located within the exclusive Residence de Baie Rouge enclave, a private gated community with just 13 properties.

This area is renowned for its mile-long beach, which has recently been designated as a reserve for sea turtles. 

The entrance, adorned with tropical palm fronds, leads you through well-maintained lawns, palm trees, and tropical gardens.

Upon reaching the main terrace, which is surrounded by beautifully decorated rooms, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the sea. The terrace is only a few steps away from the shoreline, allowing you to enjoy the mesmerizing seascape during the day and the romantic lights of nearby Anguilla at night.
