Villa Encore, (villa code: PIE AZO), is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of several beaches and shopping. Palm trees and lush, tropical gardens surround this hillside, fully air-conditioned villa.
The interior is spacious and beautifully decorated. The living room has Rattan cushioned furniture and opens to the pool deck. An impressive outdoor dining area is located on the patio with seating for at least 16 guests. A second large dining area is located underneath the covered terrace next to the well-equipped kitchen.
The five equal size bedrooms connect off the terrace. Each one has an incredible view. The stylish spa-style bathrooms have sea views plus outdoor showers with private seating. A sixth garden view bedroom is a recent addition to the property designed and decorated with the same contemporary touches of the original five bedrooms.
The well-equipped gym has glass sliders, which open to the deck surrounding the large heated swimming pool. A nearby covered gazebo offers a shaded area for reading. This villa also comes with an automatic generator, satellite dish network, Smart TV, and WiFi.
Villa Encore, or PIE AZO, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
*Please Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
