Villa Etoile de Mer, (villa code: PIE ETO), is a 4-bedroom villa located in Beachfront/Cupecoy, St. Maarten within steps of the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shopping.
This fully air-conditioned villa enjoys constant trade winds, west-facing views, and spectacular sunsets.
Large sliding glass pocket doors open to the living area on one side and views on the other. The lower level has a large open living room, dining area, a fully-equipped office nook and a modern kitchen with a large island.
One large bedroom is located on the main level, while the other 3 bedrooms (including the master bedroom) are located on the upper floor. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony with sea view, TV with dish network, and large modern ensuite bathroom.
The outdoor living space is furnished with a comfy couch area, chaises lounges, and a dining area. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool, which overlooks the beach. This house also has a barbecue, gated entry, security alarm system, washer, and WiFi.
While 3 steps ascend to the front door and another 8 steps descend to the main floor, a side entrance with a few small steps is also available for guests. This villa is situated in the gated Shore Pointe development, adjacent to the Terres Basses area and the famed La Samanna Hotel.
Villa Etoile de Mer, or PIE ETO, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
* Note - The villa will only accept a 4BR option for the following holiday weeks, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving 2023/24
* Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person.
