Villa Grand Bleu, (villa code: SXM GRA), is a 4-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This 2-level villa enjoys magnificent sunsets.
The living room is furnished with contemporary furniture and has a large plasma TV and ceiling fans. The spacious living room opens to an indoor dining area with seating for 8 guests and a well-equipped kitchen with center island. The living room also opens to the view.
Each bedroom has a king-size bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, satellite TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. One bedroom is located on the main level, while the other 3 bedrooms are located on the lower level with direct access to the pools.
The large terrace makes this property an ideal spot for special events, such as a party or wedding. Unique flat steps lead over the pools to a covered terrace and outdoor dining area. The house also comes with an electronic security gate, fitness equipment, gas grill, washer and dryer, wine cooler, and WiFi.
Villa Grand Bleu, or SXM GRA, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
