Villa Palm Bay, (villa code: SXM GRP), is a modern 5-bedroom sleek contemporary villa perfect for individuals seeking serene privacy, yet walking distance to the beach. Set in a palm filled garden, the elegant lines of the house draw you to the calming view. Green tropical foliage edged with the sapphire rim of the sea creates a peaceful atmosphere.
The clean modern design of the house perfectly blends the open-plan interior onto the generous outdoor spaces filled with dining and lounging spaces. Travertine tiles visually connect the spaces. Elegant, inviting designer furniture, used inside and outside, has a Euro style in soothing taupe, off white and grey with touches of vibrant color. The interior spaces have ample seating for enjoying the entertainment features of the house as well as indoor dining.
A well-appointed kitchen pairs beautifully with the flow of the house and opens to both the exterior and interior spaces. Covered, multilevel terraces create opportunities to change the scene.
On the main level is the large fiber optic pool with ever-changing colors at night. Or enjoy the outdoor pool table for a bit of sport.
