Villa Joie de Vivre, (villa code: PIE JDV), sits right on the pristine and exclusive Baie Rouge beach in Saint Martin, offering the perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty. Nestled within 4 acres of lush tropical gardens, this villa presents sweeping, unobstructed ocean views that create a truly serene setting.
Completely renovated for 2024, this multi-level, fully air-conditioned villa combines Mediterranean architecture with a chic modern coastal design. The main living area features an open floor plan with a spacious living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances.
Step outside to enjoy alfresco dining under one of three covered gazebos, or relax in the comfortable outdoor seating areas while taking in the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Anguilla.
Ideal for families or groups of friends, the villa offers three lavish king-sized bedrooms in the main house. Each room boasts a private balcony with ocean views, walk-in closets, safes, and en suite bathrooms with double vanities and large showers. One bedroom also includes a sleeper sofa, and two rooms come with desks.
A newly added fourth bedroom in 2025 is a beautifully renovated 500-square-foot cottage, located just a short 150-yard stroll from the main villa. This standalone guesthouse features a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen, and a cozy living area with a sofa bed. The cottage’s front porch offers spectacular views of the ocean, while the back sundeck overlooks the tranquil Simpson Bay waters, providing a peaceful retreat.
One of the main draws of Villa Joie de Vivre is its immediate access to the peaceful and private Baie Rouge beach. Guests can enjoy snorkeling in the calm waters, sunbathe on the provided lounge chairs, and then retreat through the private gate to relax in the villa’s hot tub. The pool deck is another highlight, featuring a heated saltwater pool.
