This multi-level villa is set in lush tropical gardens with superb views of the coastline of Baie Rouge and the island of Anguilla.
The Mediterranean feel of the house with its cool white arches and warm terracotta hues are beautifully framed by the turquoise waters of the bay.
The villa has a picturesque flower-lined path to the beach and a large classic heated salt-water pool with terracotta tiled terrace. A comfortable poolside gazebo provides shaded lounging and a BBQ area.
Upper levels house the main living spaces including an elegant outside lounge with ceiling fans and a fabulous panoramic view over the bay and the nearby island of Anguilla. Located only 50 yards from the main villa, it is the perfect option for in-laws who want privacy, used as a nanny suite or perfect for parents with children. The main living space's open and inviting layout will feature a new modern, fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room and sleeper sofa option.
