Villa Just in Paradise, (villa code: SXM JUP), is a 3-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This fully air-conditioned villa in a gated community faces west and offers sweeping views from the eastern end of Long Bay Beach to Plum Bay Beach.
Large silver gates lead to a winding driveway and the main entrance, where 2 water features flank a walkway bridge. Double doors open to the living room, which enjoys a view of the pool and sea. Contemporary furniture and pop art adorn the rooms.
The living room provides 2 seating areas and a bar. A powder room is located just off the living room, which can open via its full-length sliding glass doors, allowing access to the large terrace. Located off the living room is the kitchen, which has a center island, black countertops, a pass-through window, stark white cabinetry, 2 large refrigerators, and a unique teppanyaki grill.
Each bedroom offers views and direct access through sliding doors onto the large pool deck. All bedrooms have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Located above the bedrooms is a rooftop bar and lounge, which offers spectacular views.
The expansive pool deck is equipped with comfortable chaises lounges, umbrellas, and side tables. Part of the terrace is covered (ideal for reading poolside). The deck surrounds an extra-large jet tub and infinity pool, which has a gradual entry.
