Villa La Dacha, (villa code: SXM DAC) is a 5-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. Set on more than 2 acres of lush landscaped gardens, this cliff-side villa offers magnificent views of the ocean.
Recently-redecorated, the interior features colorful décor. The air-conditioned living room has contemporary Ralph Lauren furniture and a large plasma TV.
Two covered terraces house outside living areas. One living area has Rattan furniture facing the pool view. The second outdoor living area has a uniquely shaped door, which opens to a stone path leading across a small lawn.
A small office with a desk shares its space with a billiards table and bright blue armchairs. The well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, which is adjacent to a small indoor dining area with seating for 6 guests. A formal dining room with seating for 8 guests enjoys an ocean view through glass sliders.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with outdoor shower. Three bedrooms have king-size beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 double beds, while the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed. A decorative screen wall adds unique décor in 1 bedroom.
A well-equipped gym with a mirror wall on one side offers a spectacular ocean view through floor-to-ceiling glass walls on the other side. A deck with loungers frames the large overflowing infinity pool.
This villa includes a chef and a waiter for two meals per day; at the guests choice, gas grill, gated entry, gazebo, and satellite TV.
* Notes: There is a $3,000 food deposit and during low season may be rented without a chef.
