Villa La Hacienda, (villa code: PIE HAC), is a 7 bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. Surrounded by lush landscaping, this villa enjoys splendid sunset views.
The interior has an island-style design with beautiful contemporary furnishings. The spacious living room with satellite TV opens to the deck. A second furnished living area is located outside underneath a large gazebo. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a center island.
La Hacienda Villa offers seven thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each providing a serene retreat. Bedrooms 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7 are separate from the main house, featuring king beds, en suite bathrooms, garden views, and modern comforts like air conditioning, safes, and ceiling fans. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are connected to the main house, with shared bathroom facilities and versatile sleeping arrangements, including twin beds in Bedroom 4. All rooms have access to a shared terrace, inviting guests to enjoy tranquil outdoor moments. Perfectly blending privacy and convenience, La Hacienda ensures a luxurious stay for up to 14 guests.
The spacious deck has sun-drenched and covered lounge areas around the pool, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing or reading in the shade. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor dining area. This house also has a gated entry, gas grill, Internet access and WiFi, and a playground for children.
Villa La Hacienda, or PIE HAC, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
*Please Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
