Villa La Nina, (villa code: PIE LAN) is a 2-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa features an array of tropical plantings and antique objets d'art.
The comfortable living room with Rattan furnishings has blue and yellow doors, which open to the terrace. Located nearby is the covered terrace with a dining area that comfortably seats up to 8 guests and a second living area with overstuffed white Rattan sofas.
The open-air kitchen features yellow ceramic tiles and overlooks the dining area on the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar also opens to the living area and a second dining area, which seats up to 8 guests.
Each air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, plasma TV (no satellite), and an ensuite bathroom. For larger gatherings, the sister villa, La Pinta share the same lot and provides an additional four bedrooms. The two also share a tennis court and gym.
A deck with loungers and palm trees surrounds the swimming pool. This villa also comes with an automatic generator, Direct TV, a gas grill, and WiFi.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa requires a $1,000 security deposit.
