Villa Le Chateau des Palmiers, (villa code: PIE CHA) is a 10-bedroom villa located in Beach Side/Plum Beach. This western-facing world-class jewel is composed of two separate residences and has direct access to Plum Bay beaches.
The property is divided between the beachside villa and a garden side villa. The beachside property has six bedrooms, swimming pool, fitness center, private beach access, a media room, dining and living spaces for up to ten, an al fresco dining area, and a professional kitchen. Also features the amazing two-floor master suite with master bath and Jacuzzi and two private balconies facing the pool and the ocean.
The garden side villa has four bedrooms, featuring the “Jungle Room” with king-size bed and small living room, the “Palm Room” with king-size mahogany bed and a 2-bedroom suite with queen size beds, a shared living room and cozy dining room. There is also a huge commercial catering kitchen.
A separate building houses an air-conditioned, well-equipped fitness area with a TV and full shower. An expansive deck with loungers surrounds the large heated pool with mosaic tile. Located nearby are tennis courts, 2 outdoor showers, and a covered outdoor bar and billiards table. This villa also comes with a private one-hole golf course, a tennis area, a 4-car garage, an automatic generator, gas grill, outdoor sound system, and WiFi.
The property also has a state-of-the-art security system, surveillance cameras and an 8 ft. boundary wall for complete privacy. The 5 feet tall, beachfront wall is perfectly elevated for an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach yet maintains privacy.

The property includes a two-bedroom manager's area with a living room, a kitchen and an office.
Villa Le Chateau des Palmiers, or PIE CHA, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
*Please Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
