Villa Libellule, (villa code: PIE LIB), is a 5-bedroom villa located in Beach Side/Baie Rouge within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. Award-winning architect Robertson Ward designed this hillside villa, which enjoys commanding views of Anguilla, Baie Rouge, and the Simpson Bay Lagoon.
The spacious living room has a small dining area. Adjacent to the living area is a professional kitchen. A second dining area is located underneath the gazebo on the terrace.
Each of the five bedrooms, independent from the main living areas are accessed from the exterior and follow the natural slope of the property. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a ceiling fan, screens, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. Two other bedrooms also have king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. The final fifth bedroom is on a lower level and has a queen-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden and an ensuite bathroom with an open shower.
The large swimming pool is located in the garden, steps away from the main house. The pool has a guest bathroom, a shaded sitting area, and a wet bar, which overlooks the lagoon and landscape. This villa’s garden has been featured in the book “Luxury Private Gardens” and offers ample seating.
A private path leads from the villa to the beach.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
