Villa Lune de Miel, (villa code: SXM LUN), is a 2-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This newly constructed villa sits on 2.5 acres with sea vistas.
Villa Lune de Miel, whose name means “Honeymoon” in French, has a spacious living room with glass sliders, which open to the pool and deck.
The well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar opens to a covered terrace, which houses an outdoor dining and lounge area.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. While 1 bedroom opens to the spacious gazebo and a private terrace, the second bedroom opens to the living area and pool.
A deck with loungers frames the large pool, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing. This house also has an automatic generator, Direct TV, electronic security gate, gas grill, WiFi, and washer and dryer. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay year-round (14 nights during Christmas).
Villa Lune de Miel, or SXM LUN, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
