Villa Maison de Reve, (villa code: SXM REV), is a 6-bedroom villa located in Walk/Baie Rouge within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This 8,000 sq. ft. jewel is fully air-conditioned and enjoys beautiful ocean views from its multilevel decks.
The spacious great room with a cathedral ceiling and 2 dramatic chandeliers is elegantly furnished. The great room opens to a covered terrace with a large outdoor living and dining area, which comfortably seats 10 guests. The gourmet kitchen indoors has dark paneling and a breakfast bar with stools.
Bedrooms include two off the living room, one upper and one lower, each with private sitting areas. Descent the outside stairs to the two bedroom suite with a shared media room and terrace. Two more bedrooms are in private casitas surrounded by lush gardens. Every bedroom is furnished Indonesian style in soft creams, whites and sand beige tones. Each has a soothing marble, spa-style bathroom featuring big walk-in showers and carved stone sinks.
The pool area features a large stainless steel barbecue, bar area, and another separate dining area. An expansive deck surrounds the pool, which has a unique waterfall with fiber-optic lighting at night. A gazebo with a rooftop sundeck is located adjacent to the pool. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, this house also has Cable TV, a gas grill, gated entry, high-speed Internet, WiFi, and a washer and dryer.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
