Villa Mes Amis, (villa code: SXM MSA) is a 13-bedroom villa that sits high on the cliff in Terres Basses on a sprawling 5-acre estate. The property features 2 heated pools, many terraces with amazing views, a cliff-top Jacuzzi, and a gym.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and 5 have an outside shower.  Down the path, you reach the secondary villa with an additional 3 bedrooms, offering even more space and privacy.

Its expansive layout and stunning backdrop make it an ideal setting for special events and gatherings (Special Event fees apply)
