Villa Petite Plage 4, (villa code: PIE GUI), is a 4 + 1-bedroom villa located in Beach Side/Grand Case within steps of the beach and a short walk from shopping. This fully air-conditioned beachfront villa enjoys spectacular sunsets.
The spacious interior has a mix of antique and contemporary décor. The living room features a high cathedral ceiling, leather sofas, and a film projector. The separate media room offers indoor entertainment with its plasma TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and glass sliders, which open to an outdoor dining area underneath a covered terrace next to the pool.
Each bedroom has a large plasma TV with satellite service and an ensuite bathroom. Two bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower. Four bedrooms have king-size beds. The fifth bedroom is designed as a studio with twin beds, which is ideal for staff or young adults.
A large deck with loungers and palm trees frames the unique, large swimming pool, which surrounds the covered lounge and dining area. The swimming pool is partially covered and is heated. Adjacent to the beach is a Jacuzzi and sitting area with cushioned Rattan chairs. The house also has a well-equipped gym with treadmill and weights, a gated entry, wine cooler, a washer and dryer, and WiFi.
Villa Petite Plage 4 comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
