Villa Sandyline (villa code: PIE SAN), is a 6 +1-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. Overlooking the Caribbean Sea amid verdurous gardens, this hillside, fully air-conditioned villa presents a blend of Provencal architecture with Philippe Starck contemporary interiors.
The entrance hall features a tropical reef aquarium and leads to the expansive living areas and pool terraces with western-facing ocean views. The spacious great room comprises 2 living areas with extensive leather sofas and a dining area, which comfortably seats 12 guests underneath a chandelier. Adjacent to the formal dining area is a grand piano, while a well equipped, gourmet kitchen is located off the great room.
Each bedroom has a satellite TV and ensuite bathroom. All villas have king-size beds.
A well-equipped gym with free weights, a rowing machine, and more complete the interior.
The impressive exterior is perfect for entertaining with 2 heated pools, fountains, a sun deck with loungers and parasols, a gazebo, water slide, an infinity Jacuzzi, and an air-conditioned covered terrace housing shaded lounge areas. A nearby tennis pavilion features a cushioned, all-weather court.
This non-smoking property also comes with an automatic generator, a gas grill, gated entry, billiards table, a steam room, pool toys, and WiFi. This property is wheelchair accessible and only available during the Christmas and New Year holidays. This villa requires a $10,000 security deposit.
Villa Sandyline, or PIE SAN, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
*Note: Chef service is included (2 meals a day). Food & Beverage Deposit required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
*Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
