Villa Sol e Luna,(villa code: SXM SLU), is a 3-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This fully air-conditioned villa enjoys spectacular views over Simpson Bay.
The spacious living room with modern furniture and a plasma TV opens to the terrace. A small indoor dining room with seating for 4 guests leads to an adjacent well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen also has a pass-through bar, which opens to an outdoor dining area underneath the covered terrace.
Each large bedroom suite has a king-size bed, plasma TV, and a marble ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have glass sliders, which open to private terraces.
Surrounded by tropical gardens, a spacious wooden deck frames the large pool. This house also has an automatic generator, barbecue, Direct TV, gated entry, mosquito repellent system, satellite dish network, and WiFi.
Villa Sol e Luna, or SXM SLU, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
This villa requires a $1,000 security deposit.
