Villa Terre Azure, (villa code: SXM TAZ) is a beautiful 4-bedroom residence with all the modern amenities and features over 5000 square feet of luxurious interiors including a large living room, a media room, an office and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Extensive terraces surround the large infinity pool, Jacuzzi and a poolside gazebo area provides ample space for shaded outdoor dining and lounging.
All of the bedrooms feature large ensuite baths with showers and two are part of a "Master Suite" which includes a private outdoor terrace and large outdoor Jacuzzi tub on a deck overlooking the lagoon. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, facing the infinity pool and overlooking the lagoon with views of Saba in the distance. Each of these two independent bedrooms has its own full bath and can be accessed by guests from either the poolside or the gated driveway carport arrival area.
The property also features a boat dock for access to the Simpson Bay lagoon.
