Beach Villa Sandstone (villa code: TNC SAN) is a stunning 4-bedroom villa located on the pristine shores of world-renowned Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Nestled in the peaceful Turtle Cove neighborhood, this villa offers privacy and serenity at the western end of Grace Bay Beach, which stretches 12 miles to the northeast.

Step out from Beach Villa Sandstone’s back door to discover Smith’s Reef, one of the premier snorkeling spots in the country. This vibrant underwater world features a tropical coral garden teeming with colorful marine life. Simply wade out from shore with goggles, and you'll find yourself immersed in the glistening beauty of one of the largest coral reef systems in the world.

The villa's disappearing edge private pool is elevated on the second floor, offering breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean waters. Surrounding the pool is a spacious deck with both shaded and sunny lounge areas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying the magnificent scenery.

Beach Villa Sandstone features a grand open-concept living space typical of Caribbean architecture. The furnished kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together seamlessly, all showcasing lovely views of Grace Bay. Two master bedrooms are located on the second floor, each offering ocean views, king-size beds, and ensuite bathrooms.

The villa’s layout is unique: the two ground level bedrooms open directly onto the exterior of the home, near the parking pad, and do not have interior access to the upper level or to each other. Meanwhile, the two second level master bedrooms connect to the main living area, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests.

Whether you’re snorkeling the vibrant waters of Smith’s Reef, lounging by the elevated pool, or savoring the peaceful ambiance of Grace Bay Beach, Beach Villa Sandstone offers the perfect setting for a memorable Caribbean getaway.

Notes:

• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Guests are given an A/C allotment of $150/wk
• Sandstone is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
• A $375 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
