Welcome to Villa Big Chill (villa code: TC BCL), a luxurious 6-bedroom villa located in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Located on the waterfront of the Leeward Canal, this property enjoys a fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, close to shops, and restaurants. 

The interior spans two levels, featuring modern furnishings, classic wooden accents, and an open-plan design. Large windows and doors fold open to the outdoor living spaces, inviting the outdoors in.

Just steps from the Leeward Canal, Villa Big Chill features a dock from which you can cast out on the property’s catamaran, ‘Little Chill’. The stunning Grace Bay Beach is also only a 10-minute walk away, one of the prettiest beaches in the Caribbean.

Living Spaces: There’s plenty of space to spread out and relax at Villa Big Chill. A generous great room features the living room, dining area, and kitchen, the entire space opening up to the exterior pool deck via large glass sliding doors.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, an ideal spot to unwind with a morning coffee or a good book. The gentle island breeze floats through the open doors, keeping things nice and cool. There’s also a flat-screen TV for movie nights inside.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The sleek and modern kitchen at Big Chill has everything you’ll need to whip up gourmet meals. Our concierge service can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a catered meal, or a private chef.

A breakfast bar is ideal for a casual morning espresso or a fresh lunch. For more formal meals, the indoor dining table is a fine choice – but so is the outdoor dining table on the pool deck, complete with an outdoor kitchen and a gas grill. There’s nothing quite like frying up some fresh fish as the sunset casts its golden light across the island.

Bedrooms: The 6 bedrooms at Big Chill Villa are quiet and private retreats, ideal spots to recharge each evening. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, and air-conditioning.

The master suite on the second level is large and spacious, equipped with a desk and a Sonos sound system. There are two more bedrooms on this level, one with twin-over-queen bunk beds that are ideal for children.

The fourth bedroom is on the first floor, also with a private balcony area. Bedrooms five and six are in the villa’s guest house, which comes with a small kitchen and comfortable living area.

Outdoor Features: Outside, several sunny terraces combine with the grand, shaded area to offer leisurely spots to bask in the gorgeous Caribbean weather. An outdoor lounge is the best seat in the house for an evening cocktail hour, enjoying the warm evenings with a punchy rum cocktail.

Steps away, the infinity pool will more than likely tempt you in for a swim each day. Scattered around it on the terrace are lounging sofas, sun chairs, and a poolside daybed – plenty of space to kick back and relax. As night falls, the fire pit is another great spot to gather and enjoy some time with friends and family.

Kids will have a great time at Villa Big Chill. Not only does the pool have a shallow area for infants, but running parallel to the pool deck is a mini soccer pitch, complete with two goals.

Along the canal, Villa Big Chill has a dock suitable for charter boats to pull up. The villa’s concierge and management team are available to make any reservations upon the request of guests. If the open ocean is calling, the stunning Pelican Beach is just a 10-minute walk.

Amenities: It’s the extra details that help make your stay at Villa Big Chill unforgettable. This property also comes with fast Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, wet bar, and more. The dock also offers paddleboards and kayaks complimentary for guests to use during their stay. Ask about "Little Chill" for an opportunity to have a readily available and captained 30' power catamaran powered by two 300 horsepower Yamaha's, available for stays less than 7 days.
