Recently renovated, the interior of this modern villa features a modern, coastal design, with décor that is both relaxing and refined. You’ll love the airy open concept, flowing from one room to another, every space bathed in natural island light.

Located on a secluded stretch of coast near Long Bay Beach with astounding ocean views, this villa is also within a short drive of Grace Bay beach on the north shore, the Leeward marina, and the local golf course.

Living Spaces: The open-plan design of Villa Breezy is made even more glamorous with large windows facing the ocean. Natural light streams into the interiors, while views of the glimmering Caribbean can be glimpsed from every corner.

The living room features a large, vaulted ceiling and plenty of cozy seating. An entertainment center boasts a 65” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and a Sonos surround sound system, making it the perfect spot to unwind with the latest Hollywood blockbuster.

Dining Room and Kitchen: The living room opens to a dining room that is fitted with a large, 8-person dining table where you can enjoy festive island meals. You’ll love lingering here with games, conversation, and some late-night drinks before turning in for the night.

The villa’s gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef would need, including state-of-the-art appliances, gorgeous tableware, cutlery, serving dishes, and more.

If you prefer alfresco dining, then whisking your plate outside to the large dining table is recommended. As the afternoon fades into evening, a beautiful sweep of stars will appear in the sky above, the perfect accompaniment to a Caribbean feast.

Bedrooms: All 4 stunning bedrooms at Villa Breezy are equipped with ensuite bathrooms and French doors that open to incredible ocean views. Each room is elegantly decorated in modern coastal décor, fine linens, and comes with plenty of space to store your belongings.

The master bedroom has a gorgeous king-size canopy bed, promising a fantastic night of rest. The ensuite bathroom features double vanities, a lavish soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.

The second guest room is equipped with two twin beds (or if you prefer, can be combined to form a king). The third bedroom features a gorgeous queen-sized Williams & Sonoma bed, with modern décor and stylish island accents.

One of the most stunning rooms in the house might be the open-air, stand-alone guest house that sits next to the pool. Featuring a queen-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom, this bedroom has wrap-around sliding glass doors that open on all sides, making you feel as if you’re perched on top of the turquoise ocean.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside onto Villa Breezy’s patio reveals the huge and inviting infinity pool, perfect for crisp dips in the heat of the day. Lounge chairs line the water, ideal for soaking up the island sun and enjoying the gentle Trade winds.

A dozen steps away is the villa’s private swimming deck, perched over the water. Scaling the short ladder delivers you into the warm and inviting ocean; languishing in the water here is an ideal way to spend your day in paradise.

If you prefer more activity and adventure on your vacation, the villa also comes equipped with two paddle boards and two kayaks.

Amenities: Thoughtful design at Villa Breezy helps elevate your stay. There’s fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, a washer and dryer, beach towels, and a gas grill.

This villa requires a 5-night minimum stay during the summer. Due to the high rate of electricity, 500 kw is allowed per week (measured on a daily basis). All electricity usage above this rate will be charged at the market rate.

Villa Breezy also comes with a mid-week house cleaning service – contact your villa specialist for more details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
