As you enter through the villa’s gated driveway, marvel at the modern architecture set against the jaw-dropping azure waters of Chalk Sound. Inside, the villa boasts a light-filled grand room with timber-framed ceilings and 10-foot-high sliding glass doors. Step onto the private pool deck, complete with an infinity pool, where you can soak in panoramic views of the sparkling blue waters.

Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining options, complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen and BBQ grill. Explore the calm and shallow waters of Chalk Sound using complimentary kayaks or stand-up paddleboards, or take a refreshing swim from the villa's private dock—a perfect way to relax in the Caribbean sun.

Taylor Bay Beach is just a 10-15 minute walk or a short drive from the villa making it easy to enjoy the pristine white sands and stunning sunsets at this crescent-shaped beach.

Villa Caicos Cays can accommodate your group’s needs with flexible sleeping arrangements. The main villa features four master bedrooms, each with king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and ocean views. For larger groups, the optional guest house adds a fifth bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and sea views. Both the main villa and the guest house also include a half bath off their living areas.

Notes:

• Villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• One mid-week cleaning is included in the rental rate. Add’l cleaning is available for an add’l cost.
• If you rent the 4-bedroom option, the guest house will be locked off and will not be rented to another party.
• A/C usage is separately metered and charged back at cost. The hot tub is optional, and use is charged a flat fee of $200/wk to cover the added electric consumption
