Villa Callaloo, (villa code: TC CAL), is a contemporary 1-bedroom villa located on Grace Bay Beach within steps of the beach, and minutes from restaurants and shopping. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this villa offers excellent ocean views with unobstructed sunsets.
The airy living room with native-stone walls and comfortable décor has French doors that lead to the pool terrace. A gourmet kitchen, located adjacent the living room, has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
The bedroom offers a 4-poster, king-size mahogany bed with ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to the pool deck.
A covered terrace houses an outdoor dining area, which opens to the pool, gazebo, and thatched hut with hammock.
While this villa enjoys constant trade winds and has ceiling fans, the house is equipped with metered air-conditioning.
