Villa Clevelander, (villa code: TC CLV) is perched atop a majestic dune, commanding a stunning view of an exquisite portion of Long Bay beach, encompassing 2.24 acres and boasting 160 feet of beach frontage.
Finished in late 2018, the villa's striking design reflects meticulous planning, seamlessly melding refined contemporary aesthetics with comfort and warmth in a welcoming two-story layout.
The pool has a generous shallow area for family play, and a “Rose” bench for in-water lounging and taking in the views.
* Notes - Non-refundable damage waiver of $350 is required for accidental damage up to $5,000.
$90/day for electricity consumption included. On the last day of rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per/kwh.
