Living Spaces: The main level is a seamless, open-plan great room, with ocean-facing living, dining, and kitchen areas. A floating staircase crafted from reclaimed Burmese teak wood is contrasted by sleek, porcelain-white super flooring. Dry-cut Caicos stone walls bring an island touch to the entire space, while spectacular modern light fixtures also keep things sophisticated. Two plush sofas offer a decadent place to sink in, unwind, and enjoy some good conversation. Huge sliding doors open to let in the salty Caribbean air, infusing the entire space with the cooling island trade winds. Movie nights are best enjoyed in the plush media room, where oversized couches make for a comfortable evening. With added blackout curtains and a quality sound system, this room offers a fabulous cinematic experience.  

Kitchen and Dining Room: Cooking is a pleasure in Emerald Pavilion’s impeccably appointed kitchen. Featuring sleek appliances and streamlined custom cabinets, the entire space is complemented by a waterfall-edge teak breakfast bar, perfect for a morning coffee or evening aperitif. Set on a woven rug, the dining table overlooks the ocean through large sliding glass doors. There’s space for up to 10 guests here, making it an excellent setting for fresh lunches and festive dinners.   

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in the main house, each feature sleek electric blackout shades letting you fall into a deep slumber at the end of each day. Stylish teak floors contrast with white-washed walls, while large glass windows overlooking the Caribbean flush the rooms with an ocean warmth. Two master suites are on the upper level of the villa, both an oasis of calm. Lavish bathrooms with freestanding tubs lead you to an outdoor shower, an exotic spot to wash off the salt and sand. Private decks with lounges are the perfect setting for an afternoon cocktail or late-night stargazing. The upper level also has another guest suite with a private terrace, while two more bedrooms are located on the lower level. One has a king-sized bed, and the other features a king and two full-size twin beds, making it a great choice for families. The other 2 bedrooms are located in the new Guest House and both have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. All feature Molton Brown amenities.

Outdoor Features: Outside, Villa Emerald Pavilion feels more like a luxury, private resort. The centerpiece is the gorgeous swimming pool lined with swaying palm trees. Sunbeds line the pool’s edge, perfect for soaking up the sun. Alfresco meals can be enjoyed at the long outdoor dining table, adjacent to the villa’s gas grill and outdoor kitchen. The golden hour on Turks and Caicos will act as the perfect backdrop to long, leisurely dinners, feasting on Caribbean flavors. Another option is to sink into the lounges surrounding the built-in firepit, overlooking the ocean. The gentle hum of the tide is the perfect accompaniment to a glass of champagne or tropical cocktail. And as the stars emerge, why not retreat to the villa’s luxurious hot tub? Steps from the end of the pool terrace, the picture-perfect white sands begin. The world-renowned beach is famous for its turquoise waters, which will no doubt tempt you in for refreshing dips or use one of the double seater kayaks or SUP.

There’s fast Wi-Fi, a quality Sonos sound system extending through the house, Smart TVs, surround sound, Apple TV, Netflix, an alarm system and security camera monitoring as well as a night security patrol.  A stand-alone well-equipped gym building has a Peloton bike, Stairmaster, treadmill, and an array of functional fitness equipment. There are also two floodlit tennis courts and two floodlit pickleball courts with shared access located across the road.
