Living Room: The main living space is engaging, with thoughtful marble details, fascinating artwork, and unique wallpapers helping to bring the vibrant Caribbean colors inside.

Throwing open the glass wall opens the entire space to the outdoor living area and intoxicating infinity pool. Breezy trade winds blow in from the ocean, letting you relax in cool comfort on the plush white sofas. This is self-assured oceanside luxury.

A more secluded movie room is perfect for nights in. A huge flat-screen TV and luxurious sofa make watching your favorite films ultra-comfortable, while a corner table is ideal for late-night card games after the kids have gone to bed.

Kitchen and Dining Room: A modern and stylish kitchen makes cooking a pleasure at Villa Awa, although with your own private chef, you might not have to. Breezing from the inside into the outdoor dining space, letting you enjoy fresh Caribbean fare in the gorgeous island weather.

A more formal dining room is next to the main living room, with a beautiful wooden table and space for up to 10. As you wait for your lavish meal to be served, enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine with a rosy Caribbean sunset is an incredible experience.

Outside is a second kitchen where you’ll find a gas grill for evening cookouts, island-style. There are two tables here and a flat-screen TV, offering some outdoor entertainment while you dine alfresco. A sound system lets you play rhythmic reggae or sizzling salsa any time day or night.

Bedrooms: Villa Awa features 6 ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor features a king-size bed, indoor and outdoor showers, a pop-up TV, and a terrace with ocean views. A second bedroom on the ground floor features comfy bunk beds.

On the upper level, you’ll find three more bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds inside and their own private terrace overlooking the pool. There’s another master suite on this level as well, with a lavish king-sized bed, Apple TV, walk-in rain shower, and a terrace with ocean views.

Outdoor Features: You’ll fall head over heels in love with the ultra-contemporary outdoor living space at Villa Awa. Native landscaping and palm trees surround the entire area, giving off an island-vibe and letting you relax in seclusion and luxury.

Spending your days moving between the gorgeous infinity pool and loungers is heaven. In-pool sunbeds are a unique touch, letting you easily slip into the water to cool off.

A shaded deck next to the pool is an excellent place for a cocktail or settling down with a good book; there’s even an inviting hot tub. As evening descends, a sunken fire pit surrounded by plush sofas is a dreamy spot to admire the starry sky in comfort and style.

Villa Awa also boasts its own private beachside deck near the sand. While you relax under rustling palm trees, no doubt the nearby shimmering Caribbean will tempt you in. Wading into the warm water reveals a kaleidoscope of color, as tropical fish dart back and forth under the crystal-clear surface.

Please note that during the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
