Inside, the great room features an open-plan design that seamlessly flows between the kitchen, dining table, and living room. It’s the perfect gathering spot for your vacation, sporting a fresh design and comfortable furnishings. The modern living room is the perfect spot to unwind, relax, and disconnect. A heavenly corner sofa offers a quiet place to sink into comfort, while the large flat-screen TV lets you enjoy your favorite series or a movie night. A coffee table made of driftwood adds some island vibes.

The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare lavish meals while staying in the villa. The latest appliances and tropical-wood cabinetry let you experiment with local ingredients in style. The centerpiece of the spacious great room is the dining table, with its dark wood mirroring the beams in the ceiling above. There’s space for up to 8 people, offering a wonderful spot for social dinners, cool afternoon drinks, or a late-night card game.  

There are 3 bedrooms in Conch Beach Villa. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, promising a restful night’s sleep. A small sitting area with a flat-screen TV lets you relax in seclusion, while stunning views of the ocean can be glimpsed through the window. The second bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and garden views. The third bedroom can be configured to have 2 twin beds or can be configured to a king-sized bed and there’s a third twin bed in the loft. All rooms are relaxing and quiet, perfect for resting up at the end of a long day exploring Provo.   

Stepping outside at Conch Beach Villa, you’ll find a covered terrace, boasting both a comfortable lounge and dining area. This terrace provides an ideal perch to listen to the gentle tide and rustling palms above, lulling you into the ultimate state of relaxation. Refreshing dips in the nearby pool are called for, as is sunbathing on the loungers. Following the path towards the beach reveals even more luxury. A plush lounge lets you enjoy tropical cocktails with uninterrupted views of the sparkling water, which will surely tempt you in. 

Under the surface is Smith’s Reef, with the best snorkeling in all of Turks and Caicos. As the afternoon fades, unwinding in the hot tub with a drink is the perfect way to enjoy the burning Caribbean sunset, sending vibrant colors across the deepening sky.

The villa is built on the beach-level and has a small staircase leading to the front entrance.

Notes:

• A/C is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. You’re given the first $250/wk of A/C and Hot Tub energy at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs for energy usage. The A/C/Hot tub is displayed on a meter which you will be shown at check-in.
• One mid-week cleaning is included. Add’l cleaning is available for an added cost.The villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
