Welcome to Coriander Cottage (villa code: TNC COR), a contemporary 1-bedroom villa located on Grace Bay Beach. Surrounded by a lush, tropical garden, steps from the ocean, and a short walk to restaurants, and shopping, make this an ideal home for a romantic Caribbean getaway.  

Relaxing in seclusion and style is easy in the flowing, open-plan Coriander Cottage. Idyllic and unique, you’ll love this captivating space that’s perfect for two. With arched ceilings and exposed beams, the interior is a soothing mix of Caribbean-kitsch and seaside luxury. Imagine long days spent snorkeling in Smith’s Reef, soaking up the sun by the private pool, and enjoying the waterfront restaurants of Turtle Cove. Charming, romantic, and enthralling, we’re sure you’ll fall head over heels in love with Coriander Cottage.     

A generous living space with eclectic décor provides a relaxing main area for your Caribbean vacation. The hand-cut native stone walls are eye-catching, and elegant French doors fold open to the warm Caribbean breeze. Bright wooden furnishings contrast with woven textures to bring a Tropicana-safari feel to the entire space. The cushy sofa and armchair are perfect for getting lost in your favorite book or relaxing with some TV.   

The granite breakfast bar separates the living room from the gourmet kitchen, where the island spirit of Coriander Cottage continues. Featuring the latest appliances clad in beautiful wooden panels, it’s the ideal place for home-cooked meals. A separate laundry room is attached for your convenience.

The bedroom of Coriander Cottage is an oasis of calm. Tastefully decorated with more island antiques, it’s the perfect retreat for those warmer afternoons. Featuring a plush king-size bed and flat-screen TV, it’s also a wonderful place to snuggle up with your favorite movie. French doors open out towards the pool deck, bathing the entire space with warm air and plenty of light. Also attached to the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom, featuring elegant marble floors and a his-and-her double vanity.   

Palm trees and tropical foliage surrounding the pool make you feel as if you’re in a lush private jungle. The stone deck comes with chaise lounges and a set of table and chairs, while the adjacent gazebo offers a view of nearby Grace Bay Beach. If you follow the small footpath leading from the house, you’ll be on the sand in no time. Stretching for miles in either direction, Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales is one of the prettiest beaches in the world.   

Notes:  

• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
•  A/C is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. You’re given the first $150 per week of A/C cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The A/C is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in. The unit is in the bedroom but will cool the entire villa.
•  Coriander Cottage has ceiling fans in each room, and it gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment.
• A $235 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week. Extra housekeeping is available for an add’l charge of $150 (+ tax) per cleaning.
• Coriander Cottage is located almost directly on Smiths Reef and is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
