Villa Impulse Beach Estate, (villa code: TNC IMP) is one of the island's most high-end villas. This 8-bedroom luxury estate sits on one of the most desirable pieces of land with amazing beach frontage on one side and canal frontage/private boat dock in the back. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with a live reef just offshore, you may just be lucky enough to spot the resident octopus.

The villa has a unique inverted floor plan offering guests panoramic views of Grace Bay Beach which are unmatched on island. The villa features six large bedrooms in the main house, private ensuite bathrooms, a large soaking tub, a shower stall, and double vanities. Every bedroom includes a full ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi, a 65” smart TV, a safe, a fridge, a coffee maker, a safe, a washer and dryer, and more.

The Admiral and Driftwood Suites have amazing sea views with king beds. The Anchorage and Mariner’s Suites offer partial sea views with two sets of queen/twin bunk beds. The Vegas and Imperial Suites open to the pool deck and have king beds. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and offer excellent privacy and space.

There's also the Mermaid Cottage which has a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and features a king bed and offers good privacy and the Cabana Suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and is built next to the pool.

Upstairs the top floor offers some of the most striking views on the island. Due to the design, it lends itself to large parties and events, offering plenty of seating, games, a huge private bar, 108" Ultra HD large projection TV, as well as a giant chef’s kitchen. The upper level also features a wrap-around terrace with ample seating, 2 BBQ grills and both indoor and outdoor dining. The Sky Lounge is a beautiful rooftop deck accessed via a spiral staircase. With tiki lights & fire pit, it’s the perfect vantage point for sunsets and stargazing!

The full gym includes one treadmill, one elliptical, one rowing machine, stationary bicycle, punching bag, leg press, inverted squat machine, dumbbells, fitness rope, pedicure chair, massage table, and more. Additionally, a second Nordica bike and rowing machine can be found on the second level of the estate.

There are two hammocks and beach chairs on the beach level, the pool area has a private changing area and a full bathroom, there are 4 paddleboards and 4 kayaks, 7 beach cruiser bicycles and the golf cart (may be used on Coconut Rd and Bridge Rd only). There’s also a glass ping pong table, dartboard, foosball, chess, corn hole, horseshoes, ring toss, shuffleboard, arcade games, pool table and spikeball.

There’s a private tennis court (with racquets, tennis balls, and an automatic ball machine) a basketball hoop, private boat dock, Five Diamond freshwater Pool with secret changing room and full bath and a dry sauna (accommodates six people).

There’s also a private bar, one of the most amazing bars on the island (alcohol not included) as well as a swim-up pool bar.

Villa Impulse has Butler service to set up beach chairs, pool cabanas, etc as well as daily maid service.

Notes:

• New Year's Week includes daily chef services, housekeeping, villa attendant, and butler.
• Only pre-approved service providers (chefs, photographers, grocery delivery services, etc.) are permitted on the property. 
• If you rent less than the full 8-bedroom option, the remaining bedrooms will be locked off and will not be rented to another party.
• A/C is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. You’re given the first $500 per week of A/C cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs.  The A/C is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
• A fully refundable $5,000 security deposit is requested.
• The villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
