As soon as you arrive at Villa Paprika, you know you’re in for a fun stay; this villa’s grand Caribbean design is impressive and inviting. Inside, the pearly-color scheme is made livelier with splashes of colorful details in the lovely décor. Gorgeous photos of the Caribbean firmly ground you in this tropical paradise.

Outside, the expansive grounds perfectly balance open-air living spaces for socializing with quiet, shady nooks, perfect for relaxing in privacy. The emerald green garden leads you down towards the white shores of Grace Bay Beach, regularly voted as one of the best beaches in the world.

Living Room: Villa Paprika’s beautiful living room has marble floors, a high-beamed ceiling with fans, and arched French doors that open to the poolside veranda. As the day ends, the comfortable seating area is the perfect place to sink in and relax, enjoying a tropical drink and some conversation with friends and family.

Kitchen and Dining Room: A well-equipped gourmet kitchen opens to the indoor dining area, which comfortably seats 10 guests. It’s a brilliant setting for festive island dinners, enjoying each other’s company over some fresh Caribbean dishes.

Alfresco dining is also available on the terrace and underneath the poolside gazebo, for when you can’t resist those balmy island evenings. As night descends, your only accompaniment will be the stars above and the gentle hum of the nearby ocean.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in Paprika Villa, each of them the same size. Boasting lavish king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and French doors that open towards private decks, they’re the perfect place to retreat to at night to rest and rejuvenate. Each room also comes with its own Cable TV.

The bedrooms’ private terraces overlook the pool and the Caribbean Sea, making for a romantic setting to enjoy a cocktail and some stargazing. Waking up with the sun glinting off the water is also a great way to start your day.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor living at Villa Paprika is sublime. A terrace with light-colored coral stones surrounds the large swimming pool, inviting you in for refreshing dips during the warm days. There’s also a kiddie pool on the terrace, as well as a gas grill for island-style cookouts.

The alluring private garden at Villa Paprika is filled with swaying palm trees and tropical plants, letting you get lost in the beauty of Turks and Caicos. Although eventually, you won’t be able to resist the call of the beach, pulling you towards its soft sandy shores with the gentle thrum of the waves.

In the water directly opposite the villa is Smith’s Reef, widely regarded as one of the best snorkeling spots in Turks and Caicos. A line of slippery rocks separates the water from the sand in some places– we recommend using water shoes just to be safe, or walking down the shore a few yards to enter the water.

Amenities: Thoughtful details and design help elevate your stay at Villa Paprika. There are 6 Smart TVs, 3 washing machines, 4 dryers, fast Wi-Fi that extends outdoors, as well as an indoor/outdoor speaker system for playing music. If you’re traveling with young children, we’d be happy to set up the villa’s baby crib, pack-n-play, high-chair, and a pair of rollaway twin beds.

All Turks and Caicos villas require a 14-night stay during the December holidays.

Villa Paprika comes with a mid-week house cleaning service – contact your villa specialist for more details. A credit card imprint with a signature is required for a security deposit upon arrival.

Please note: A/C is metered on a separate meter located in the laundry room. You will be shown the meter at check-in and are given the first $400/week for the months of Nov to April and $200/week for May to Oct. Beyond that, you will be charged back at the current market rate.

A/C is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. There are 8 separate A/C systems to allow individual adjustment in occupied rooms. The pool heater is optional, and you may split the A/C allotment to heat the pool in cooler months.
