Nestled in a sunset-facing cove in the residential Leeward area of Providenciales, this 2-story villa offers unrivaled privacy. The flawless design echoes the graceful architecture of colonial plantation manors, while the living areas all make use of the incredible ocean views.

Located just a 5-minute drive from the restaurants, shops, and cafés of downtown Grace Bay, this is an excellent choice for a luxurious beachfront getaway in Turks and Caicos.

Living Space: The elegant and contemporary interiors are flawlessly designed, with calming white-washed walls contrasted with wooden beams and flooring. More earthy tones are brought into the property through its dark, hardwood floors, while natural light streams in through large sliding glass walls to illuminate carefully chosen island antiques.

The cozy living room is a tranquil spot to unwind at the end of a day in the sun, with a deluxe L-shaped sofa facing towards a large flat-screen TV. Settling in with a movie or simply some good conversation is encouraged.

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the heart of Saving Grace Villa is its spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The latest appliances make cooking easy and enjoyable, while the large central island acts as a breakfast bar, gathering spot, and casual dining area. A small dining table here has room for 4.

For more formal island dinners, the larger dining room is the perfect setting, with space for 8 guests. Alfresco meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table, where guests can gather over a meal backdropped by the sparkling ocean.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in Villa Saving Grace. The master bedroom is located upstairs, complete with a lavish king-sized bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. A private veranda boasts spectacular ocean views and is an excellent spot for a morning coffee, afternoon drink, and quiet nights of stargazing.

There are 3 more bedrooms on the upper level that all share a bathroom, which has 2 pedestal sinks and a shower. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, another a queen, while the third bedroom has a pair of twin bunk beds, perfect for kids.

The fifth bedroom is on the main level of Saving Grace Villa, with a king-sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. French doors open towards the ocean, letting in the salty island breeze.

Outdoor Features: Outside, a Brazilian hardwood deck surrounds the 40-ft. long heated pool. Languishing in the refreshing water with a colorful cocktail is the perfect way to spend your day at Villa Saving Grace, soaking in the island vibes.

Sunbeds line the water, underneath swaying palm trees rustling in the breeze. Sunbathing, reading, and relaxing here will leave you in a state of bliss. As the afternoon fades, retreating to the lounge and fire pit is the best spot in the house to admire rosy-gold island sunsets.
