This new beachfront villa is exquisitely designed and furnished, and has three levels. Featuring generous living spaces, tropical-décor, and a bohemian vibe, this is the ultimate beach house for couples in Provo.

Steps away you’ll discover the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, a sun-seekers dream destination. Scrunching your toes in the powder-soft sand and wading into the crystalline waters is pure heaven – who could blame you if you didn’t want to leave? It’s like nowhere else.

Living Room: The main living area of Villa Sugar Kube sets the scene for your stay. Splashes of orange bring color and life into the room, as do the large glass sliding doors that bring the tropical outdoors in. It’s breezy and cool - you’ll enjoy unwinding here after a day of exploring.

Woven textures, abstract artwork, and warm wood tones give the entire area an earthy and exotic feel. The deluxe sofa lets you enjoy a peaceful evening with your favorite movie on the TV, cleverly tucked away into a beautiful cabinet.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Spacious and stylish, Sugar Kube’s sleek kitchen with European cabinetry encourages you to whip up delicious and fresh Caribbean dishes. There’s room enough for a romantic evening of cooking together, and our concierge service can even organize a grocery delivery for your stay.

A small breakfast bar is a perfect spot for a morning coffee, fresh lunch, or casual meal. Outside, there’s a covered area with a small dining table for 4 guests, letting you enjoy open-air meals with a glass of wine as the inky evening descends, revealing starry skies.

Bedroom: The bedroom suite takes up the entire second floor of Villa Sugar Kube. Offering a lavish king-sized bed and spacious ensuite bathroom, it’s here where you’ll discover what true luxury really is.

A large soaking tub sits directly behind the bed, offering a perfect spot to relax and recharge after a day at the beach. Glimpsing the water from beneath the covers every morning is an excellent way to wake up; the bedroom balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the shimmering Caribbean Sea.

A second balcony off the bathroom overlooks nearby Turtle Cove. Here, there’s a spiral staircase that ascends to a furnished rooftop deck, an excellent place to end the day with a beautiful sunset and some tropical cocktails.

Outdoor Features: Back on the beach level outdoor area, sun-seekers will be drawn to the decadent loungers where you can take in the gorgeous weather. Surrounded by a rustling tropical garden, a large umbrella also makes this a place to curl up in the shade to enjoy the sea breeze with a good book.

Lazy days in the private pool are incredibly tempting, although the gorgeous white-sand and turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach will call you as well. Wading into the water reveals the colorful Smith’s Reef – this is widely regarded as the best spot for snorkeling in Turks and Caicos.

Amenities: Thoughtful design and attention to detail make Villa Sugar Kube an excellent choice for a beach vacation. There’s a gas grill, a BOSE sound system that extends outdoors, cable TV, snorkeling gear, and a fast internet connection.

The entire villa also enjoys air-conditioning. There’s a weekly allowance of $150, after which usage is charged at the market rate. However, with the near-constant trade winds cooling the villa, you’ll rarely need to use it.
