The two-story Villa Water Edge is all about beachside luxury. A gentle white interior contrasts with dark, tropical wood décor and Caribbean design. Flowing and spacious, the ocean views can be enjoyed from all spaces, calling you out to the water. This villa occupies an enviable position as well, just a short walk away is Turtle Cove. Here you’ll find magnificent waterfront restaurants, boutique shops, and the island’s main marina.   

A generous living room takes up the majority of the beach-level at Villa Water Edge. Large glass doors open to let in a tropical breeze, cooling the bright cerulean-blue and creamy white color scheme that reflects Grace Bay Beach outside. Clad in Caribbean-style, comfortable furnishings make this the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. For relaxing nights inside, a 40-inch Google TV lets you rewatch your favorite movies.  

Water Edge Villa enjoys a sleek and modern kitchen, appointed with the latest appliances. Cooking here is a breeze; you’ll find everything you need to fry some freshly caught fish or experiment with fragrant Caribbean flavors. There’s a breakfast bar for casual dining, while an outdoor table and chairs make for a good spot for alfresco dining.

As you ascend upstairs at the Water Edge Villa, you’ll enter the large master suite. Complete with a luxury king-sized bed, cable TV, and spacious ensuite bathroom, it’s a tranquil spot to unwind at the end of the day. The gentle rhythm of the Caribbean Sea will wake you up each morning, glimpsed through the wide doors leading onto a private beachside terrace. A pair of comfy chairs make it a pleasant spot to enjoy a rosy sunrise or a romantic evening of stargazing. Behind the bed is a large bathroom, where the large luxurious soaking tub is a highlight. The second balcony is on this side of the bedroom, offering views of nearby Turtle Cove.  

Stepping outside the living room brings you onto the outdoor terrace at Villa Water Edge. Surrounded by luscious tropical plants, it’s both private and just steps from the sand. To the left is your private freshwater plunge pool, an inviting place to laze your day away in the water. A pair of chaise loungers let you soak up the sun in privacy. As you step down beyond the pool, you’ll immediately feel the sand of Grace Bay Beach between your toes. With crystal clear water lapping at the shore for miles in either direction, this is the definition of paradise. Just offshore is the famous Smith’s Reef, boasting some of the most vibrant snorkeling in Turks and Caicos.  

The property is located next to two other beachfront cottages: Villa Ocean Edge (villa code: TNC OED) and Villa Sea Edge (villa code: TNC SED). Sun, sand, and snorkeling await at Villa Water Edge. With ocean views and easy access to one of the world’s most alluring beaches, this villa in Providenciales is perfect for romance by the sea.  

Notes:

• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
  
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. It is not expensive if used judiciously, and you're not charged for the first $150/wk in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. This villa has two separate A/C systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Water Edge gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment during your vacation.
• A $235 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
• Water Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
• Generally offered only Saturday - Saturday
