With alluring ocean views from its elevated position, a stay here is all about enjoying a luxurious beach vacation. Located within steps of the beach, you’ll truly feel as if you’re on your own private island when you stay at Villa Isla. Add in easy access to shops and restaurants in nearby Grace Bay, and we’re sure it’ll be love at first sight at this stunning property in Turks and Caicos. 

An airy and modern great room is home to the living area, dining room, and kitchen. This comfortable space acts as the perfect gathering spot for your group during your stay at Villa Isla. On one side, a pair of comfortable couches invite you to sink in and relax. Overlooking the outdoor terrace and ocean beyond, it’s an ideal setting for everything from your morning coffee to an afternoon snooze. Adjacent to this living area is the villa’s plush media room, with a comfortable corner couch facing a 52-inch flat-screen TV. You’ll love gathering here in the evening to unwind with the latest Hollywood blockbuster and a bowl of popcorn. 

A gourmet kitchen offers the ideal location for preparing simple or elaborate meals before dining inside or out. With beautiful wooden cabinetry and a stylish marble island, cooking here is a pleasure. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the kitchen island, while more formal meals are best enjoyed at the indoor dining table, with space for 10. If alfresco meals are more your style, then it’s as easy as whisking your plate to the outdoor dining table, where you can pair your gourmet meal with the warm island air. 

Each of the 5 bedrooms at Villa Isla has its own private ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, and beautiful ocean view. Soft linens, heavenly mattresses, and flat-screen TVs all make these rooms tranquil hideaways, perfect for recharging at the end of each day. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with direct access to the pool terrace. 3 bedrooms are upstairs, 2 with their own private balcony perfect for some quiet downtime, kicking back with a good book, or simply enjoying the ocean views.   

Outside, even more luxury awaits. Stepping out of the great room delivers you onto the grand shaded terrace, with two separate relaxing lounge areas offering a great place to lose yourself in the ocean views or pop a bottle of champagne.    

Steps away, Villa Isla’s beautiful infinity pool is the perfect way to cool off in the heat of the day. Two separate sun shelves in the water let you soak in the shallows while basking in the island rays, while loungers line the water offering even more opportunity to enjoy the glorious weather.  A perfect sweep of white sand and turquoise water just steps away makes you feel as if you’ve landed in a private paradise – which you really have. To dry off after a swim, a private beach deck offers even more spots to sunbathe, while a shaded hammock will rock you off into a gentle sleep. As the sun starts to set over the ocean, retreating to the covered lounge area is encouraged. There’s nowhere better to watch as the sky blazes with hues of pink, purple, and gold, enjoying the beautiful island sunset with a cooling tropical cocktail. 

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

• One mid-week cleaning is included, add’l cleaning is available for an add’l cost
• A/C is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, there’s a separate, easy-to-read digital A/C meter in the laundry room where you can monitor the usage. You will not be charged for the first $500 of use. There are 8 separate A/C systems so that you may cool certain parts
• Optional pool heater $1,000 + tax per wk
• The villa has multiple levels with multiple staircases
• The villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
