Living Spaces: The living spaces at Villa Jasmine are located on the second floor to let sea breezes flow through. The flowing, open-plan design means that the entire great room is airy and spacious, home to the living room, dining table, and gourmet kitchen.

In the living room, beautiful, exposed beams above bring earthy tones into the otherwise luxurious space. Plush sofas are perfect for sinking into at the end of the day, unwinding with a glass of wine or your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV.

Dining Room and Kitchen: Immediately behind the living room is the villa’s stylish dining area, with a rustic wooden table underneath a glamorous chandelier. Vaulted ceilings capture plenty of light streaming in through the nearby glass doors; this is a fantastic setting for airy island dinners.

Cooking is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen, boasting the same high ceilings, a spacious island layout, and moss-green cabinets echoing the lush landscape outside. Creating gourmet feasts here is an enjoyable experience, with enough space for everyone to get involved.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in Villa Jasmine, each with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. You’ll love falling asleep to the gentle hum of the tide each evening, lulling you into a restful and deep sleep.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. Two have French doors opening to the front terrace and stunning ocean views, while the other is more secluded and opens to the back terrace with a view of the tennis court. On the home’s lower level, there’s one bedroom with its own separate entrance.

Outdoor Features: A large, shaded terrace area is perfect for lazy days enjoying the glorious island weather. A dining table is ideal for fresh lunches, while a lounge area under a sunshade is a magnificent spot for kicking back with a cool island drink and a good book.

Villa Jasmine’s stunning infinity pool stretches out past the edge of the terrace, offering a refreshing way to enjoy uninterrupted ocean views. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace, boasting 360-degree views of Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches on one side, and Chalk Sound National Park on the other.

A path winds from the villa through the lush tropical foliage, delivering you onto the white sand of Taylor Bay Beach. Shallow and calm, languishing here in the sea and on the sand is a decadent way to spend your days. As the sun sets, long walks along the soft sand are a fantastic choice for enjoying rosy gold sunsets across a deepening sky.

Guests also have access to community tennis courts; racquets and balls are provided. For the beach, the home also comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.

Villa Jasmine During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
