Villa Lilikoi, (villa code: TNC LIL) is a 6-bedroom beachfront villa with unparalleled, mesmerizing sunset views in a picture-perfect setting.  Designed by multi award-winning architect John Redmond and built to the highest standard. 

The master suite wing with privacy blinds adorns the upper level along with 3 bedrooms and outdoor lounge patio with phenomenal views of the bay and beyond.   

The spacious and well-appointed chef’s kitchen, elegant living/dining area along with two guest bedrooms and media room with fabulous ocean views are at beach level.  

This beautiful villa also benefits from ample storage, an emergency generator with ability to power the entire villa, mature landscaping and the villa is offered complete with kayaks for all guests to enjoy. 

Notes:

  • One mid-week cleaning is included in the rate. Add’l cleaning is available for an add’l cost.
  • Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with doors and windows open. An A/C allowance of $700/wk is included in the rate. Guest will be charged actual usage costs beyond the $700 allowance and will be shown the electric meter upon check-in.
  • The villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
