Villa Marahuyo, (villa code: PL MAR) is a 6-bedroom boldly designed beachfront villa located on the world-renowned Grace Bay, offering distinctive style.

The clean lines, wall-to-wall glass, and lofty ceilings of Villa Marahuyo extend seamlessly from the entrance through the main living areas to the stunning main deck. Here, a dramatic black lava stone pool provides a striking contrast to the white sands and turquoise hues of the beach.

The modern interiors feature timber-clad ceilings and terrazzo floors, creating a warm aesthetic. Fully pocketing doors across the living room flood the interior with natural light. A spacious sectional sofa offers comfort for a full house, a circular dining table is perfect for convivial meals, and a well-equipped kitchen is at the disposal of keen cooks. A full bar ensures your butler can craft any cocktail you desire.

For those who prefer simple fare, there is also a barbecue on the deck.

The six bedrooms are tastefully decorated with ample use of timber and organic materials. Each bedroom features an elegant ensuite bathroom with brass fixtures. One of the bedrooms is situated on the main level with direct access to the pool terrace, while the remaining bedrooms, all with beautiful hardwood floors, are located upstairs. Four of these bedrooms open onto a shared balcony with ocean views, and the principal suite includes a luxurious bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers and a circular bathtub.

Lounge chairs are thoughtfully positioned on a shelf within the pool, sun beds are neatly lined up alongside it, and hanging cocoon chairs on the deck provide an array of options for sunbathing. A deep overhang offers ample space for dining or relaxation in the cool shade.

During the day, guests can enjoy kayaks, snorkel gear, and a pickleball court for various outdoor activities. As night falls, the sunken firepit, with its views of the ocean, becomes an inviting space to savor a sundowner and plan the next day's adventures.
