Welcome to Villa Miami Vice One (villa code: TNC MV1), a chic and romantic 1-bedroom villa located in Sapodilla Bay, Providenciales. With cozy privacy and a stunning beach just steps away, this is a superb choice for a romantic getaway.  

This two-story villa is all about beachfront luxury. A minimalist white interior contrasts with dark, tropical wood details and beautiful ocean views. Spacious and comfortable, you’ll love the thoughtful design in every corner of this stylish property. A short walk towards the interior of the island lies Chalk Sound, a protected tropical lagoon, and Las Brisas restaurant, making this area an ideal spot to stay in on Turks and Caicos.  

The generous living room is on the beach-level at Miami Vice One. Large sliding doors open to the ocean breeze, infusing the entire space with cool, salty air. Creamy white walls and coral-colored floors are illuminated by a bounty of natural light. Featuring a modern, Caribbean style, this is the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. For relaxing nights inside, a large flat screen TV is available for you to watch your favorite movies.  

Villa Miami Vice One features a sleek and modern kitchen. Cooking here is easy; you’ll have all the accessories you need to fry some freshly caught fish or experiment with fragrant Caribbean flavors. There’s a breakfast bar for casual dining, while an outdoor table and chairs encourage alfresco dining.

Ascending to the second floor at Miami Vice One reveals the large master suite. Complete with a luxury king-sized bed, TV, and spacious ensuite bathroom, it’s a soothing spot to recharge at the end of the day. The gentle rhythm of the Caribbean Sea will lull you to sleep each evening, lapping over the nearby sand. A private furnished terrace lets you greet each day with a stunning view over the sparkling water. As the afternoon fades, it’s also an excellent setting to enjoy a golden sunset or some stargazing. Behind the bed is a large bathroom, where the luxurious soaking tub is a highlight. The large walk-in shower has views of Chalk Sound, a stunning lagoon dotted with small cays sheltering the Turks and Caicos rock iguanas.  

Stepping outside the living room brings you onto the outdoor terrace at Villa Miami Vice One. Surrounded by luscious tropical plants, it’s both private and steps from the sand.  An inviting pool is a great place to laze your day away in the water. Chaise loungers let you soak up the sun in privacy, while nearby Sapodilla Bay Beach is perfect for warm swims and romantic strolls along the white sandy shore.

This villa can be combined with its sister villa next door Miami Vice Two (villa code: TNC MV2) they share a private driveway and gated entrance.  Palm trees and a wall ensure privacy between the houses, which can be booked together to create a small 3-bedroom beachfront estate.  

Notes:

• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. It is not expensive if used judiciously, and you are not charged for the first $150/wk in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. This villa has two separate A/C systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Miami Vice One gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment.
