Welcome to Villa Miami Vice Two (villa code: TNC MV2), a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located on Sapodilla Bay Beach, Providenciales. This newly-built waterfront villa has stunning views of the bay and is seconds away from the beach. Spanning two-stories, Miami Vice is a luxurious beachfront villa in Turks and Caicos. A minimalist interior takes nothing away from the incredible ocean views, while colorful artworks bring splashes of life into each room. Spacious and modern, this villa is all about fine living in the Caribbean. With the beach, Chalk Sound, and a handful of restaurants only a short walk away, this is a fabulous choice for any vacation in Turks and Caicos.   

Miami Vice Two has a spacious great room, with a living area, dining table, and kitchen. Large sliding glass doors open to the terrace, infusing the entire room with natural light and the cool ocean breeze. The living room is furnished with plush sofas and chairs, letting you relax in comfort. You’ll love settling in here with a cool drink and gazing out at the water. The TV is cleverly concealed, rising with the touch of a button to provide indoor entertainment.   

Next to the living area is the villa’s sleek kitchen. Striking black cabinetry and the latest appliances make this a modern and inviting place to create gourmet meals. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the indoor dining area, where a table has space for up to 4 guests. Alfresco meals are also available on the terrace, where you can pair your meal with a colorful island sunset.   

Ascending to the second floor brings you to the two master suites in Villa Miami Vice Two. Each has a lavish king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. Tranquil and relaxing, they’re perfect for winding down at the end of a long day spent exploring Providenciales. Both bedrooms also come with their own private terrace where you can enjoy vistas of the shimmering Caribbean. It’s a fabulous spot to relax with a drink and admire the view, whether it’s a sunrise, sunset, or a starry night sky.

Stepping outside the living room brings you onto Miami Vice Two’s outdoor terrace. Surrounded by swaying palms, it’s both private and steps away from the sand of Sapodilla Bay Beach. The gorgeous swimming pool will tempt you in every day, a fantastic place for a refreshing dip. Drying off is easy on the sunbeds that line the water, where you can relax and enjoy the gentle rustle of the palm trees above.  A sandy path leads you down towards the beautiful beach, where striking turquoise water laps at the white shore. With soft sand and warm, inviting water, beach days here are wonderful. This is what life in the Caribbean is all about.   

Villa Miami Vice Two shares a private driveway and gated entrance with Villa Miami Vice One (villa code: TNV MV1). Palm trees and a wall ensure privacy between the houses, which can be booked together to create a small 3-bedroom beachfront estate. 
     
Notes:
• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. It is not expensive if used judiciously, and you are not charged for the first $200/wk in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. This villa has three separate A/C systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Miami Vice Two gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment.

• A $285 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
