Ideal for two couples or a family of four, this villa is surrounded by convenience, with six restaurants within walking distance and the island’s best snorkeling right at your doorstep.
Designed with contemporary elegance, Villa Plum Wild features a fully-equipped kitchen, a large and inviting living room with a TV, and a stunning pool deck perfect for lounging in the sun or hosting a BBQ.
What truly sets Villa Plum Wild apart are the breathtaking 180° views of the iconic turquoise waters of Turks and Caicos, visible from nearly every room. The panoramic vistas from the second and third floors are more than just scenic—they invite you to immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters below.
Step outside onto the sugar-white sands and dive into an underwater world teeming with life. Snorkel just off the shore to encounter sea turtles, manta rays, vibrant fish, and colorful coral. Villa Plum Wild is your ultimate escape, offering a serene slice of paradise where you can relax and recharge in style.
Notes:
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. You are not charged for the first $150/wk in usage, after which you're charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. This villa has 3 separate A/C systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Villa Plum Wild gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment.
• A $285 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Villa has 2 levels with multiple staircases
• Located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
